Join us for a fun fall project to create your own 6" craft pumpkin, decoupaged with real pressed flowers! Pumpkins are cream coloured, but you can paint your pumpkin to be any colour you like! The ones we are using are not real pumpkins, so they can be reused year after year!

Sunday, December 15, 2024 - Soapstone Bear Carving Class with Barry! (Register Here)
Come and join us for a fine art class here at Backyard Birds! Carve your very own bear statue out of soapstone with the help of soapstone artist Barry Kostiuk.
This class is limited to 6 participants only, to give you as much individualized attention during the class as possible, and allow you to hone your craft throughout the day.
Participants should bring a bath towel to carve the bear on, a pair of thin gloves (rubber or gardening), and may also want to bring a mask from the dust created from the soapstone.
Time: 10:00 AM Start - 4:00 PM End
Note: This is a full day class! ~6 hours, including a lunch break!)
