Western Canada boasts some of the best wildlife viewing in the world. These 120 full-colour pages feature our endeared birds and revered mammals from the dazzling Rufous Hummingbird to the mighty Grizzly. With the advent of digital cameras, photographing wildlife has understandably evolved as a passion for many outdoor enthusiasts. Some describe it as an addiction while others downplay it as merely a hobby. Wildlife and a Photographer’s Passion describes with bold headings, this shared excitement for capturing images of Canadian birds, mammals, and landscapes one frame at a time. Bob's best moments are paired with the subtle message that further conservation efforts are needed. Photographs, stories, tips, tricks, and personal insights will motivate and inspire fellow enthusiasts and nature lovers as they navigate through a vibrant gallery of once-in-a-lifetime moments. The book is illustrated in a way that celebrates both the beauty and treasure of discovery. Enjoy!

About The Author
Robert G. Cook (or ‘Bob’ to everyone who knows him), is not yet another ‘award-winning photographer’, but rather a small town ‘visual artist’ with hundreds of his Canadian Wildlife and Landscape Prints displayed beautifully on corporate and residential walls/mantles throughout North America and around the globe. Shortly after mastering his camera, Bob moved his business to Bragg Creek (Alberta) where in 2011 along with his wife Candy, they dared, with white-knuckled-leap, to open a gallery/print studio further advancing his passion (www.brandedvisuals.com). Bob is fluent in the creative languages of Adobe and wields this arsenal with unabashed precision. His one-on-one tutorials, along with a genuine desire for all photographers to succeed, has been applauded with enthusiastic appreciation from both regular patrons and visitors alike. Much like a chef prepares a meal to appease aesthetic and appetite, Bob elevates his photography so partakers can linger with both their eyes and emotions.
